NOAA Central Library IPY biblography
The US National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Central Library has available in PDF format a bibliography of its collection of IPY-related materials, prepared by Anna Fiolek, titled “International Polar Year 2007-2008: Resources on Polar Research in the NOAA Central Library Network: A Selected Bibliography”. The bibliography includes an extensive list of historical materials.
